Leads university collaboration in the Puebla, Mexico region. Decides on education program site locations and advises on and facilitates the selection of guest speakers, including university faculty and specialists.

Daniela Sepúlveda Ruiz, MS
Executive Director- Program Evaluation
Leads monitoring and evaluation of projects, budget analysis, speaker and activist on various topics related to human rights.

Irla Vargas del Ángel, MA
Executive Director-Indigenous Language and Culture-Hidalgo Region
Nahuatl interpreter, speaker, researcher on Nahuatl indigenous language and culture.

Irene Ramon Orozco, JD
Executive Director-Indigenous Language and Culture-Puebla Region
Leads logics for Noble Led programming in Puebla, Mexico. Researcher and speaker on Popoloca indigenous language and culture. Founder of the network of intercultural youth-which encourages and guides indigenous youth through the application process for university admission in Mexico.

Planned, designed, recruited and oversaw the development and logistic team for Heritage 2019. Prepares and guides prospective Heritage program directors with the management, and logistics of experiential program design.

Assists Noble Led executives and directors with logistic planning and welcoming of international speakers and program participants.

Culture and Language Coordinator, Puebla Region
Spanish, English, Nahuatl interpreter . Leads cultural activities and presentations. Javier is a trained instructor of languages and enjoys teaching others of culture and language.

NELLY NUNEZ ONTIVEROS, bS
Logistics Team Supervisor, Mexico City
Supervises and organizes logistics team in Mexico City. Nelly is a chemical engineer that works for Proctor and Gamble. Her passion is research and helping others reach their potential.

KAREN VASQUEZ JARQUIN, BA
Internship Coordinator
Leads the selection of binational interns for all programs managed under Noble Led. Karen currently lives in Puebla but is originally from Oaxaca and of Zapoteco origin.
